What is the minimum order (MOQ)?+
MOQ is 10 pieces total. You can mix categories to reach that (e.g. 5 scarves + 3 fan hats + 2 keychains = 10 pcs). Base pricing kicks in from 10 pcs. Bulk discount at 50+, deep discount at 200+.
Can I mix categories to hit MOQ?+
Yes. Any mix of the 12 categories counts toward MOQ. This is one of the main advantages over big retailers who force you to hit MOQ per SKU.
What payment methods do you accept?+
T/T bank wire, PayPal Goods & Services, Western Union. Orders over $1,000 typically split 30/70 (deposit / balance). Smaller orders can be paid 100% upfront.
How long does shipping take?+
DHL Express and FedEx take 5–12 days door-to-door DDP to US, EU, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE and Saudi Arabia. Bulk (500+ pcs) can go by air-freight or sea LCL — talk to us on WhatsApp for a rate.
Do you offer DDP shipping?+
Yes to US, most of EU, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE and Saudi Arabia. You pay one number and duties are covered. For other markets we ship DAP with duty payable on arrival.
Can I get custom prints?+
Yes — add club name, player name/number, sponsor artwork or your own crest. Setup fee is waived from 50 pcs per design. Under 50 pcs a small setup applies (~$15).
How long is production for custom orders?+
In-stock SKUs ship within 48 hours. Custom-print orders take 7–15 days depending on quantity and print method (embroidery vs dye-sub vs enamel).
Do you send samples?+
Yes. Sample surcharge is +15% on the listed MOQ price (waived when converted to bulk within 60 days). We send photos of finished goods before bulk ship.
What if something is defective?+
Free replacement on defective units. Report within 7 days of delivery with photos on WhatsApp. We ship the replacement on the next order.
Can I resell your products in my country?+
Yes — we work with resellers in 40+ countries. Ask about our reseller program for volume pricing and territory support.
