Pricing & quotes
All listed prices are FOB Guangzhou, excluding shipping, in USD. Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued. After 14 days we may re-quote if raw material prices moved materially.
Minimum order
MOQ is 10 pieces total, mixable across categories. Sample orders below 10 pieces carry a +15% surcharge, waived if converted to bulk within 60 days.
Payment
Orders over $1,000: 30% deposit T/T, 70% before shipment. Under $1,000: full payment by PayPal Goods & Services or T/T. Other methods: Western Union.
Production & lead time
In-stock SKUs ship within 48 hours of deposit. Custom-print orders take 7–15 days depending on quantity and print method. We keep you updated on WhatsApp during production.
Shipping
DDP shipping to US, EU, UK, CA, AU, UAE, SA — duties covered. Other markets DAP with duty on arrival. Tracking number provided within 24 hours of pickup. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier; we're not liable for carrier delays.
Defects & returns
Free replacement on defective units. Report within 7 days of delivery with photos. Buyer's-remorse returns are not accepted for wholesale orders. Custom-print orders cannot be returned unless defective.
Liability
Our maximum liability on any order is the value of that specific order. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or downstream customer complaints.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute will first attempt friendly negotiation on WhatsApp.
